If your last renewal came in several times higher, with new fees per project, client or invoice, we're building billbale for you. You pay one flat price for your team's size, with every feature on every plan. When a client pays an invoice online, we take no cut.
What stops us doing what your last tool did
These hold for every customer, founding price or not.
- A price change for existing customers comes with at least 90 days' notice, in plain numbers, at most once a year. It applies from your first renewal after the notice.
- You move to a bigger plan only when you choose to. When your team outgrows its plan, we ask you, and we never upgrade you or charge more on our own.
- You pay for your team's size. Adding a project, client, task or invoice costs nothing.
- Clients pay your invoices through your own Stripe account, and we add no fee on top of Stripe's.
- All of this goes into our terms of service, where you can hold us to it.

billbale isn't ready to use yet. We're building time tracking, invoicing and the Harvest import now, and we'll email you when the beta opens. We haven't set a date.

Clients, accountants and viewers don't count toward your team size.
Two-way sync with Xero or QuickBooks comes on every plan too. One of them ships first, and we'll pick it from what the agencies on this list use.
We won't build SSO or white label, and billbale isn't meant for teams over 50 people.
The first 100 agencies pay less for as long as they stay
Founding prices are about a third below list on every team plan, and on any plan you move to later.
You keep the founding price for as long as your subscription runs without a break, monthly or yearly, on any plan you move to.
If a payment fails, you have 14 days to fix it and keep your price. If it's still unpaid after that, or you cancel, coming back later means paying list price.
If billbale isn't right for you, ask within 60 days of your first payment and we refund all of it. You won't have to argue for it.
We stop at 100 because the people building billbale run every founding agency's switch call themselves, and about 100 is as many as we can do well.
When all 100 spots are taken, founding prices are gone for good. They won't come back as a promotion or on Black Friday.
Spots nobody claims in those 30 days go to the next agencies on the waitlist, in the order they joined, and the counter shows it.
The counter includes a reservation once its email is confirmed. After the beta opens, it also shows how many agencies have claimed their spot by starting a trial.

One of us joins a call, runs the import with you, checks the counts and totals against Harvest, and rebuilds your recurring invoices. You can run both side by side until you're sure.

Your 30-day trial starts the day you activate your account, however long you've been on the waitlist.

billbale is made by HEXELITY LABS S.R.L. in Brașov, Romania, run by Dima Batarin.
We make money from subscriptions and nothing else. We take nothing from your clients' payments.
Questions agencies ask us
When does the beta open?
We haven't set a date, and we'd rather email you when it's ready than miss a date we gave you. Time tracking, invoicing and the Harvest import come first.
Will I lose my Harvest history?
The Harvest import shows what it brought over and what it skipped, with the reason, and running it twice never creates duplicates. Founding agencies run it on a call with one of us and check the counts and totals against Harvest together.
What if I want to leave?
Export everything, any time, on any plan: clients, projects, tasks, rates, time entries, expenses, invoices and payments, as CSV and JSON.
Do you use AI, or track us automatically?
billbale has no AI in it, and it records only the time your team starts and stops itself. If you want to connect your own AI tools, the API is there for that.
Other tools already import from Harvest. Why wait for billbale?
If you have to switch this month, you should, because billbale isn't ready yet. If your renewal can wait, a reservation costs nothing and holds a founding price, with accounting sync and online payments on every plan.
What if I reserve and don't claim?
You're never charged for a reservation. After your 30 days, the spot goes to the next agency on the waitlist, and you can still sign up at list price.
I work alone. Can I join?
Yes, join the waitlist and we'll email you when the beta opens. Founding prices are for teams on Studio and up, so you'd be on the Solo plan at $12 a month.
